Flyer Design Brief

We would like to create a rack card for our Direct Primary Care medical practice. We would like it to include images and text describing our program.

We would like our brochure to have a clean, upmarket feel with approachable images. We promote wellness through a variety of methods including diagnostic testing, health counseling, diet and exercise planning, and preventative screenings. We encourage our patients to access us whenever they have a medical need. The brochure should promote accessibility and should show us as approachable and high-quality.

Target Market(s)

Individuals and families looking for concierge medicine at an affordable rate. Enrolling individuals 19 and up. Children can be added to adult memberships.
