Flyer Design Brief

I am looking for a colour, double sided A6 card that I can hand out to students telling them about the last few remaining student houses available for them in Oxford. The call to action is to Whats App us or click on the link/qr code and book in a viewing. I will be able to supply the mobile number but for the time being please use 07853 600003.

Must have

• It must have the logo, it must have the mobile/whats app number. The QR code. It must state "Last few Student Houses". It should say "Book a Viewing Online", "24hrs a day". I want it to be as clean and simple on the front with more details on the back. The call to action is to "Whats App" or Call. It needs the office number of 01865 575 572 as well. Nice to have

• I have included photos of the outside and inside of the properties to help build the design. I have included my logo in svg format. The website is here http://www.therent.guru/properties/Oxford/ so you can see my colours and fonts.

Should not have

• Must not be cluttered. Think Apple and clean. The CALL to ACTION is to Whats App or Call me.
