Logo Design Brief
I would like a logo that looks like a real estate sign and post. It would have a house shaped sign part and across the top of the post it would have a rider where it says "SOLD" in red and in the sign area it says "by PAPPAS" in black (or feel free to try different combos). Colors to be used are red, white, and black. Underneath the logo, I would like to have one version that says Pappas Realty Group and another that is just the logo without those words.
