Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a new consulting company specializing in new business start-ups, business planning, marketing, and sales and sales management training. Targets will be small to medium sized enterprises. Would like to use the letters "MII" from the name "Management Insight International, LLC" as the basis for the logo. My tag line for the consulting business is the following: "An entrepreneurial approach to driving performance and profit". Would like the logo (design of the letters) to be bold and direct, and to convey the following characteristics: strength, confidence, and professionalism. I am partial to the following colors: deep/rich maroon, deep blue, grey and black (anticipate using this color combination for the business card, but I'm open to suggestions).

Requirements

Must have

• The letters "MII" should be larger than the name "Management Insight International, LLC". Not sure how best to position the name relative to the letters, i.e. side by side, over - under, etc. Need to have a solid, "strong" font. Must be easy to read. Want some kind of symbol/design "add" in and around the letters "MII". Example: a Nike "swoosh" that runs through the middle of the letters. It doesn't have to be this-just providing and example.

Nice to have

• A blend of colors in the letters, i.e. shading or transition from one color to another (colors need to be complementary).

Should not have

• Should not use the font Times New Roman.
