Illustration Design Brief

I am looking for a series of images for an investor presentation. In need of a set of 3 images to help bring more life to an idea. All settings are to be taking place within an auto dealership. Images have been provided to give a better idea of what is desired in images and what is being looked for in image are specifically detailed. Would like for images to be of an artsy painted effect. An image has also been provided of the effect desired and of the settings of area. No need to have all 3 images done at once as the main image need is in scene 1. That is the image I would like to zero in on and selected designer will do other 2 images.

SCENES PROVIDED ARE ONLY A TEMPLATE AND DO NOT HAVE TO BE USED IN ILLUSTRATION DESIGNED.

With that said here is what I am looking for in scenes.

Scene 1: Employee reaching out and serving customer slice of pizza.
Scene 2: Illustrates bare parts counter with pizza display case.
Scene 3: Displays customers enjoying pizza rather than sitting around wondering when their vehicle may be finish.
Other image provided is to show desired effect.
