Requirements
Must have
- Each poster design should include:
- - the 4 logos of the participating organizations (I can upload various other versions if needed) along with the "wording" that goes alongside each one (see "STD_small" image as an example)
- - name of event
- - date, time and location
- - where to register
- - where to get more information
- - some artistic flavor or detailing
- Final (raw) files in an .ai, .psd, .eps or .idml format are required upon project completion.
Nice to have
- It's not crucial that these two posters "match," but it would be nice if they at least coordinated with each other. Would be nice if the designer could stay close to our color scheme (can be found here - http://ny-acc.org/), but this isn't crucial. Posters should be upscale, neat and professional.
Should not have
- Should not be too difficult to read. These are posters that will likely be hanging on a bulletin board in hospital staff break rooms. Should not be too cartoon-like or silly. The two should not look EXACTLY the same in case people think that they are the same poster.
