Logo Design Brief

I am opening an experimental bao restaurant / food truck in Mexico City. I need a logo design for the restaurant and business cards. I will start doing private dinner parties at peoples homes and expand to a food truck or restaurant in 2018. I'd like the logo to be a bit modern and slightly bold.

I will also be selling some of the BBQ sauces, Hot sauces, and pickles that i make for the bao.
