I'm not familiar with Australian mail guidelines and standard sizes. A lot of the DL size things I've found on Google are folded, is that what you are looking for? Or is it a flat design, with the back side used for postage and addressing, or flat and fully-designed on both sides?

Hey CK - thanks for the enquiry. An Australian DL sized flyer is 99mm X 210mm - and I am looking to print on gloss card around 350gsm. The flyer is FLAT and fully designed both sides. I won't be posting these flyers so no space for address required.
