I need a custom avatar based on an existing design.

The final design must include the original, editable Adobe file.

Requirements

Must have

• The girl in the image should be as close to the original "Wee Mee" (attached) as possible.
• The girl should be wearing a lanyard with badge -- preferably with the "three dots" (see attached files) in either grey, black or red.
• The background should be similar to the original, or be creative and utilize our company logo in the background.
