I think you forgot to include the colors you like.

Pantone = 405 Gray
Pantone = 5425 Blue
Please feel free to use various levels of opacity with colors...the old logo was:


Both are 100% in the type "Rothschild Capital Partners"

In the R 100% Pantone 405 and the blue squares they are 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% Pantone 5425.
