Brochure Design Brief

We need a two page (or other suggested) sell sheet to layout the features / benefits of a new 'coaching' training program for managers and leaders within organizations. I've attached a ppt document with some background / content / images / etc as well as a current sell sheet that were essentially trying to improve on....the two documents / respective content can be used to arrive at a final recommendations. The training consists of a half day kick off workshop with 6 weeks of practice / follow-up sessions - thus will carry a premium price tag so looking for final design to reflect. Thank you!
