Logo Design Brief

WE WANT A LOGO DESIGN THAT REFLECTS DESIGN ELEMENTS ILLUSTRATED IN THE UPLOADED FILE FOR LOGO DESIGN and STYLE PREFERENCE. See in attached pdf file logos for Upton, Avena, The View, and Mosaic Dallas for FONT and Design layout likes. Looking for something with similar design elements and very similar fonts

We are creating one website to market 5 apartment buildings (Charlamain, Montaje, Essex, 526, and 503). We are in need of one logo for our opening web page to represent our brand to St. Cloud State University Students.

Our Charlamain apartment property reflects our brand: clean, splash of style, exceptional , standout, above, but not expensive. However, our current logo, see attached file, does not reflect our brand. It is too feminine and whimsical in font and butterfly artwork. Our students, mainly female, selected the current logo from 3 concepts.
