Business Card Design Brief

We need a business card for an academic research laboratory based in Kansas City called ASTRAL. The full lab name is Antimicrobial Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics Translational Research Laboratory, but this does not need to be incorporated. We study novel ways to optimize the treatment of multidrug-resistant bacterial infections ("superbugs") throughout the entire biomedical research spectrum (from benchtop to bedside). The name ASTRAL is not only an acronym for our lab name, but also represents our desire to make discoveries and explore the unknown (the stars, if you well). It also serves as an ode to the state of Kansas motto where we are based, ad astra per aspera ("to the stars, through difficulty").
