I will definitely be crunching this project but I would love a clarification on something in your brief:

"Feel free to submit a single page design for review and we will determine if a full design is necessary".

So should I just submit a design for the Home page i.e. and if it's something you're looking for you will notify me to keep going with the rest of the pages etc.?

That's perfect. The home page or any of the product/service pages would be best, that way I can get a feel for the style you have in mind without entailing too much work on your part.
