Logo Design Brief
Southern Performance Swimming Club is a competitive swimming club. We are based in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. Our members range from 6 years to 50+ and we have around 110 swimming members, with the bulk of our members aged 10-18 years.
We seek a logo that is fresh, clean, simple, and easily recognisable.
The logo will need to be highly visible on apparel during competition, on pool deck and training - swim caps, T shirts, training bathers and track suits. It also needs to be highly attractive for web use. We need both linear and stacked versions.
Our approved club colours are Black, Lime Green (Pantone 375C) and white. Black is our base colour, and lime green is the main colour. White can be used as a highlight colour. For example, we envisage black swimming caps with a Lime green and white logo, with green as the main colour.
We want to avoid the cliché swimmer and water logos found in many swimming club logos.

We are committed to finding a design which is forward thinking and innovative. We will provide feedback during the process, however we can only consider designs which will be suitable on a black background with lime green and white - designs with any other colours, will NOT be considered. This design has to work on apparel (uniform, website, stationery etc).
