Flyer Design Brief

Our business is Aayu Clinics Wicker Park Immediate Care. We need
1. a flyer to place on the window
2. a mailer
to advertise for free biometric screenings at our new clinic location in Wicker park. We would like the flyer to have our clinics logo (see file uploaded) at the top of the flyer. Below the logo on the flyer please put in bold "Come in for a free Biometric Screening" in orange letters.
Below (not bold) we would like
"Free Biometric Screenings for local residents at Aayu Clinics
[the *NEW* Wicker Park Immediate Care location only].
1601 W. Division Street Chicago, IL 60622 ( in bold)
between the hours of 12pm-4pm".
Then below that please list the health screenings offered "Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure, Glucose, and Total Cholesterol"
Then below please say "No appointment required. Walk-ins Welcome. Please call (773)-227-3669 or email Care@aayuclinics.com for questions."
At the bottom "Be Well. Sooner." in bold italic
