Flyer Design Brief

We need a Door Hanger flyer design for a Home Staging company based in Canada. Door hanger flyer style please refer to:

The detail request are as follows:

1. Two pages. One front page, one reverse page. I attached two images below to provide an example. But please don't copy the design, we don't like that design at all!

2. Size: 114mm x 279 mm, vertical, the following link is for your refer

3. Front page should include:
a. wording: Home Staging (This is the most priority on the front page)

b. images. Please insert 2 to 4 images on the front page, please choose elegant and high-end home staging images to display, or you can use our images on our website www.3xplorerdesign.com. But we prefer you use 300 dpi high resolution imgs by yourself. TRY NOT TO USE IMAGES FROM OUR WEBSITE!

c. Logo: please grab the logo from our website www.3xplorerdesign.com(Logo is the second priority)

d. Slogan: Work with Professional Home Decorators

e. Discount information: $300 off , please be obvious and impact
