What does Payment Not Guaranteed mean for designers?

When a project is marked as guaranteed it means that the customer has committed to paying out a designer and has waived their right to get their money back. If it is not guaranteed, the customer can opt to get a refund of their money.

You can determine if a project is guaranteed by viewing the job brief and looking out for the following image marked on the project:
Customers are eligible for a refund if they have not selected to guarantee their project and in accordance with the DesignCrowd refund policy.

I have asked our club committee to rank the logos and the feedback so far reveals that your logos are not preferred. I'm not sure if this website allows you to see the feedback or not. Can you see the feedback or not?
