Logo Design Brief

We'd like a logo designed to used in branding of our neighborhood - called Midtown Brandywine - located in the heart of downtown Wilmington. It hugs the Brandywine River, with a river-walk path and classic architecture features, including a small church along with Victorian townhouses in the neighborhood behind, and all around surrounded by taller modern office buildings as it in the middle of the downtown district. The design will likely be used for neighborhood flags, stationary, and other marketing materials.
