Poster Design Brief

We have sketched a poster for our lab and wanted it to be converted to a digital format so we could give it to the printers to print on a large A1 size poster. Note we don't want just scaling the image to a large size, but converted to a adobe illustrator file with all images scalable (SVG) and text selectable so we can edit it, etc. Also its essential that is an exact replica of the image with attention to all the details.
