Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo design for my company called 'SalesShape'. My company is based in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). I have been training and coaching salesreps and consultants in ICT business for 14 years. I help my customers to improve their 'commercial effectiveness' and sales. I need a new logo for my website I am building at this moment.
I want you to use the different colors blue that are in my current logo (see attachment for my current logo).
Next to my company's name 'SalesShape', it's important that my new logo reflects that I am a trainer and coach specialized in training and coaching for ICT companies. This can be visualized in words or a tagline too.
