Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new project called "GUGLIELMO".
GUGLIELMO is a portfolio management CRM software with an innovative to-do list generation system that allows the user to save time and improve the results, all in a simple and fast way.
GUGLIELMO is also very smart because it is a browser-based software and its archive is managed entirely in clouds, so it is accessible from every device wherever you are.

The business idea is an Italian startup and is intended for the financial, insurance and real estate brokers/consultants sector.

The color we would like to have is green, but other proposals are also accepted. Knowing the kind of industry we are targeting, it would be nice for the logo to be modern and innovative, but at the same time clean and simple.
