Logo Design Brief

Need a new logo for my start up business which is a vegan ice cream store called 'Supream Scoops' in Perth Australia. I would like the design to be basic and modern. I plan for the first store to be bright and white and would like the logo in the store to compliment that. I plan to open stores in Asia after some time, so something which is adaptable & not Australian focused. The design should be modern, simple and yet bold enough to hold its own in a white/ very light store.

Nice to have

• A logo which is enticing for families, yet also millennials, targeting females and males aike.

Should not have

• I want the logo to appeal to everyone, so nothing which is too directly appealing to young girls or young boys. The logo I got made previously is attached below and I don't like it, but that is something a designer came up with on a different site, so just to let you know what I am not looking for is something like that.
