We need a logo design for a new company based in Seattle called "LDR Technologies Inc." We are a company that is using predictive analytics to help companies form better teams and develop leaders. "LDR" in our minds could stand for "Leadership Development Rating"

We are a SaaS based company that is building a database that captures what people value in leaders. You can think of it like a "FICO-score" (US Credit Rating) for leadership development. We are partial to the color blue, like elegant, clean and minimalist designs. The final design should communicate organizational health and leadership development. We are about trying to help people maximize their leadership potential.
