On the first screen (Rarotonga, Aitutaki ...) is written on the picture, is it a list that you can scroll through?

Yes. Once a user selects a destination they are brought to this screen. This scroll list lets them specify a specific island within the chosen destination. You don't need to worry about what these islands are, just know that there will need to be a scroll list or some sort of drop down UI for the user to specify and more specific area of the chosen destination.

What's the difference between "dicrections" and "map" in the holiday inn screen?

Map just shows you where holiday inn is located on the map. Directions starts up turn-by-turn navigation to the location.
