T-shirt Design Brief

I need a 2-color design for a grey t-shirt. I am considering red and white. The front needs to display: SCSA Fall 2017 Division Champs
I would like to include a soccer ball and maybe some splash art or the vertical stripe.
The back of the t-shirt must have the sponsor logo (attached). Great Clips. It's Gonna Be Great. White color for logo if possible. Not sure if you can change color of the logo. If not able to change color, leave it black.
