Logo Design Brief

I am opening a Havanna/Cuba themed bar on the top level of an Australian Pub that overlooks Lake Macquarie near Newcastle NSW. The name derives from the rich history of the Pub which includes a Mulberry Orchard that was located on the Pub property 100's of years ago. To the people of the town, the hill which the Pub sits on was known as Mulberry Hill.

The Bar (on the top level of Toronto Hotel NSW Australia) will feature Cuba themed chesterfield lounges, cane chairs, wicker lights, palm trees and cushions with green & white palms on them.

We are looking for a logo for the Bar, that can be easily translated onto all forms of media, web design, signage, and onto work uniforms. The word 'THE' in the name The Mulberry doesnt have to be a major feature.
