Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for "SWAT South West Alarm Technicians" a new startup business that installs CCTV & Security Alarm Systems in South West Western Australia.

Our preferred design is one that captures simplicity, even to the point of being a text only design, although we are also open to the inclusion of suitable other image elements. Preferred colour scheme is white/black with a logo that can be used in reverse (black text / white text).

Businesses current business card design is attached for reference & they are happy for something similar but also to explore variations. They do not have suitable image files for the logo displayed on the card and so need a new logo regardless.

Looking through the designs so far I haven't seen anything that exactly hits the mark.

It is important the logo include text for both "SWAT" & "South West Alarm Technicians" and that the longer text is still legible at reasonable sizes.

If the logos could play more with the military / police angle of SWAT as in: [Non image link removed]that would be great. By this I mean more military / masculine, using police/military/security motifs.
