Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my dog training business "Family Dogs with Gail" . I will use the logo on business cards, brochures, clothing and other promotional materials. I would consider something literal or conceptual. I train dogs, using positive methods. My methods are based in science. The goal is a happy family with a well behaved dog who is part of the family. I would like to impart the impression of fun, yet competent training. I am trying to attract people who want a well-behaved pet who is an integral part of the family. People who want to have fun with their dog. I do not use harsh, boot-camp like methods.

• happy well-behaved dogs as part of a family
• some integration of scientific, yet fun
• Literal portrayal of a family is ok, but not necessary
• If a dog is used in the design, I would prefer a fuzzy dog but this is not essential

Should not have

• unsafe interactions between dogs and children (for example, no child hugging or laying on dog)
