Web Design Brief

Just need a design that has all elements I will need to build out an existing template. Attaching designs that we like and want to be similar in feel to... Also attaching the barebones current template that I need to add the elements to. Anything on there can be modified, just using it for layout so you can use that as a template. In addition, feel free to play with the logo to see if there is a diffrent styl (Perhaps a more flat style).
