Logo Design Brief

We need a clean, modern logo for a professional services firm based in Sydney, Australia called "Guardian Tax Services". We provide accounting and tax services to other professionals such as accountants and financial planners (a support service). It is a white label/outsource product so simple and clean lines would be appropriate. You may use the initials "GTS" as we think that would be memorable. The design should represent our partnership with the other professionals.

***UPDATE***
We would like to give some credit/kudos to our head entity's logo, which I have now uploaded. So a logo for Guardian Tax Services with a note of the Economos brand. Whether it be bubbles, font (Bodoni) or colours (Navy #081E3F & Fluro Green #ECE813). Just a hint to show where this company came from.
