Banner Ad Design Brief

We need a new slider created for our Best Home Chef website (www.besthomechef.com.au). Best Home Chef is a central place where people who love food, cooking for their family and sharing recipes can hang out. We'd like the sliders to look more 'earthy' than the ones currently used - and more like our Facebook style https://www.facebook.com/BestHomeChef .
The first slider we'd like to create will point to the blog on the website with the following:
