3D Design Brief
Drone world Australia is a new DJI dealer. We are opening a DJI showroom on a ten acre property. In so doing we what to make use of an existing 25x12x6m shed (photo attached) on the property and convert it into a showroom. The shed currently consists of two parts. One measuring 10x12x6 with a cemented floor, has one 5m sliding door, plumbing provision for a toilet and the 3 phase power connection. We want to use this portion as our main showroom for display of products. Inspirations for designing this part of the showroom could be got by Googling images of DJI stores ( a few images are attached for reference)
In the showroom the products will be displayed in five or six categories like Beginners package, Adventure package, search and rescue package etc. Each category will have multiple drones. Of importance is a TV screen for each category where the videos pertaining to that category can be kept playing. We will let you know more about these as the work progresses. This part should have a high ceiling to give a larger space look to the showroom
The second part of the shed measuring 15x12x6 is separated from the first via a partition wall at present. Like the first part, this also has one 5 m sliding door for entry. This part will be used to accommodate two offices, one workshop and racks along the wall for storage of drones. In addition a major part of the space of this side will be used as an indoor drone fling area for testing and use during inclement weather (during fair weather the demonstrations and flying lessons will be held outdoor). This part of the shed does not have a cemented floor. We will therefore prefer using a floor based on artificial grass to give a natural feel during flying. The two offices and workshop should be accessible from both sides. This part will have no artificial ceiling
You could also give a glass frontage to the two sliding doors (these will be kept open permanently ones the frontage is in place)
A large logo of DWA should appear on the roof outside of the shed for visibility from the air
Adequate parking space is available in front of the store
For your guidance the following diagrams related to the existing shed are attached:

2. Existing beam structure along rear wall ie rear elevation
3. Existing beam structure along side wall ie side elevation
