Logo Design Brief

A logo for a charity we have started Called Mathew's Hope the image attached is just a basic idea wouldnt mind having some water color incorporated I would like the text to start with the M in Mathew wrapping around the stem of the dandelion and I would like the o in Hope to be a gray cancer ribbon. I would like the dandelion to appear to be swaying or blowing in the wind with some of the seeds in the air . I would like the text to be "flowy" and curvy . the image is just a dandelion I found online so you have an idea of what Im picturing
