Web Design Brief
I would like to have a website where I can publish my articles in public law. I am judge at the Swiss Federal Administrative Court. Therefore, the website must have a calm, friendly and fairly neutral design. Also, it should be mobile friendly and easy to use.
On my website, I want to
- publish articles such as https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-win-court-martin-kayser/ and get feedbacks from my colleagues
- generate interest for my project on 'Law and Politics - a View from the Bench', a book that I would like to publish in 2020 and which brings together my publications on public law (http://www.publiclaw.ch/content/english/profil/publikationen.html ).
- provide updates for my university courses on constitutional, administrative and international law.
For that purpose, I would kindly ask you to suggest a website that communicates a fresh approach to the work of a young judge in constitutional and administrative law. Please have in mind that I do not only sit on the bench, but that I also work in academia. Therefore, it should be suitable for an audience from both university and law practice. The website should replace the existing website on www.publiclaw.ch that I designed when still working as a lawyer. Thank you.
