Logo Design Brief

Looking for a professional looking logo for a Property Management App called "Your Intelligent Property Platform". This is primarily going to be mobile app based so the logo must look amazing on a mobile phone and on the website as well. We have done an initial drawing of what we think looks good. This has been uploaded to this platform. Please use that drawing as a guide for what we are looking for. However, we are happy to review variations of the logo.
We are not too sure of the colours but would like the logo to be fresh looking with colours that complement the logo design and entice a prospective user to click on it. I am not sure if the words “Your Intelligent Property Platform” should appear on the logo as well. Maybe at the bottom of the Acronym “YIPP”. I am open to view your ideas.

This design crowd platform has come highly recommended so I am keen to see the end result.
