Is this a serious contest? I would love to have submitted, but the price is way too low. Sorry.

This is an absolute serious contest. Sadly the CD I have produced is a labour of love which, due to it being in the Welsh language, will make a loss. I love writing and singing in my own language but sadly I need to save money where I can which is where I thought designcrowd would be able to help.
