NewCo will be called Analytics2Go. We are creating an analytics ecosystem that will enable small- and medium-size businesses to take advantage of analytic apps (machine learning, predictive/prescriptive analytics) that will help them operate their business models more effectively; for example, short-term demand prediction, cross-sell/up-sell recommendations, optimized email offers, etc.

For the most part, our targeted customers are unable to apply analytics effectively because of a lack of expertise, knowledge and necessary internal and external data. Our ecosystem overcomes all of these challenges.
