Sir, I humbly invite you to consider to limiting the scope of the task, so that once you find a Graphic Designer whose work you really like then you can proceed to develop the rest of the badges as a separate '1 on 1' project with a budget that honours the main goals of this project. Original work takes time. Twelve original designs take 12 times that time.
