Web Design Brief

We are a (start-up) artificial intelligence company call Personale (soon to be @ personale.co). I'd like a cool one page design ready for our launch. I have specific ideas in mind.

The idea of the one pager is just to be able to place my logo on and give quick contact details, etc.

On that page you will notice when you move your mouse that there is an effect around the edges where the 'Neurons' follow/join-up your mouse. I would like to replicate this effect for my one pager. However my neurons should have this effect across the page, not just on the sides. The background of the page will be black and we should have white neurons.

Please find attached a design example of what the page will look like.
