Logo Design Brief

Dear Lovely Designers,

I would like a logo of a penguin from the side view wearing a jeweled crown (please see the attached sketch I did by hand that represents the rough idea I had in mind).

For the crown, I would like it to have either 3 or 5 jewels with the center jewel in a diamond shape.

The first line of the text reads "ROYAL PENGUIN TM" (where "TM" is superscripted). The second line of the text reads "Organic & All-Natural Beauty Care".

The color of the background is green (please see attached "color" for the rough shade I had in mind).

The color of the penguin is gold (please see attached "green-and-gold" for an idea of the shade of gold I had in mind).

The color of the text can be black (or gold, if it's readable, and should match the gold used for the penguin/crown).

In version 1 of the logo, I would like just the crowned penguin and 2 lines of text. In version 2 of the logo, I would like there to be diamonds in the four corners and jewels making up the horizontal and vertical borders. Please feel free to use your creative ideas for the color(s) of the diamonds/jewels.
