We need a logo design for a new Cafe in San Francisco's Randall Museum opening soon. The name of the cafe is "Cafe Josephine" and the name of our company operating the cafe is "Satchel", the logo should include both. The cafe is a 3rd wave style coffee shop with fresh, clean grab and go food options. This logo will be used on the menus and to brand the grab and go products (most likely in the form of stickers/signs).
Target Market(s)
hip city dwellers, twenty-forty somethings looking for 3rd wave coffee, healthy food, also appealing to families since cafe will be located in a family museum

Requirements
Must have
- Looking for something clean, modern and hip for our brand "Satchel", which I can use for further grab and go/cafe locations, website and to promote catering in the SF bay area. The cafe location name (Cafe Josephine) needs to somehow be incorporated into the logo as well, which I am open to having some kind of simple image relating to that specific location at the Randall museum.
Nice to have
- The museum features rescued animals from different California habitats and includes Hawks, which would be cool to incorporate into the design or some other local San Francisco bay area nature image. (I included an image of a hawk below as well as an image with whimsical drawings of CA plants.) We plan on featuring all local foods and coffee at the cafe. Although I chose grayscale colors, I am also open to earth toned colors as well.
Should not have
- Must not feel very corporate, with no loud colors!
