Web Design Brief
We need a website design for a new commercial real estate company called Lakebrook Financial. We're effectively commercial mortgage brokers connecting real estate investors to lenders. We need a website that is simple (not busy), elegant, professional, and user-friendly. A lot of the users will be in their 50's and less tech savvy, so a stream-lined design is best. The website will serve as a portal for lenders to review new financing opportunities, as well as for real estate investors to review terms from lenders.
