Thanks AJ. Here is the feedback I've gotten form the "group" looking at this
Needs to depict Reno more (we are in a valley with beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains surrounding us)
Needs to have some depiction of food because that is our main focus of the market
Would be great if it somehow could depict both

Oh, we see. We though you are looking for a wordmark logo as shown on your breif. Never mind, we'll submit some new designs soon.
