Letterhead Design Brief

We would like a revamped letterhead that shows the addresses, owners names, taglines, and logo. Attached is our current letterhead and logo. We will need to be able to type on the letterhead, so we will need numerous format types. We use Andy font on many office items, but not required. We are children's dental practice, so we ask that the letterhead keep a warm, friendly feel.

A few edits:
1) Lower Northeast Philadelphia (new address):8566 Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19152
2) South Philadelphia (new address): 330 West Oregon Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19148
3) Owners names at the top change: From Left to Right: Joshua A. Bresler D.M.D. (left side), Jason M. Bresler D.M.D. (middle), Rachel L. Bresler D.M.D. (right side), and Associates (to stay)
