Logo Design Brief
I am just starting to formulate a business plan for a company I am going to call "Safe in the Seat". I will serve as a private car seat consultant to caregivers (parents, grandparents, etc). While the product will serve children, the target audience of the service will be caregivers-parents, grandparents, etc. The logo needs to be approachable, but not whimsical.
Over 75% of people have something wrong in the installation of the car seat or harnessing of the child in that seat. 90% of parents believe that they are doing it correctly. I will be targeting a higher end clientele who is willing to pay for the assurance that their car seat and child are "safe in the seat". Car seat safety is not something you just do you best to figure out. It needs to be right. I want to help people feel like their child/ren are as safe as they can be in their seats.
In addition, I want to help through the stages of car seat safety, not just newborn. There are so many combinations of what could be “right”. In our Tampa market, we have very few people providing this type of service. I want to launch a business to cover this gap and help parents tick the box of car seat safety with 100% confidence.
I will need a logo for business cards, website, print materials, social media, etc.
The design might need to include a car or piece of a car (seat, rear view mirror, etc) so consumers know that we are talking about car seats. There may also be an opportunity to show the progression/phases of car seats/seat belts so it is clear that I consult at all stages of the car seat process (rear facing, forward facing, booster, seat belt) which encompasses age 0-12.

hi all--thanks for submitting a design! I just want to reiterate that this is about CAR SEAT SAFETY for CHILDREN. Ages 0-12. Not adults, and not strollers/prams.
Also, I need the logo to be less corporate looking and softer/more approachable. It needs to convey a high end brand for higher end clients, but while the client is caregivers, the service is about keeping our kids safe in cars so the logo needs to strike a balance between warm/personable yet sophisticated and worth the investment in the service!
