Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for a real estate Investment brokerage called
Invest Saint Louis. The company's focus is multi family (apartment buildings) and single family investment property. We represent buyers and sellers of each and also buy and sell multi family and single family property. We currently have the logo spelled out "Invest St. Louis" but would like the new logo to be spelled out "Invest Saint Louis". Would like to see a wordmark logo with the words spelled out and possibly stacked in all caps but am open to other ideas as well. Would like to have navy blue and white as my colors in the logo.
