Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed celebrating the companies 25th Anniversary. We would like to utilize the Guido character and the words.....25th Anniversary 1993-2018. Also we would like the logo to be in a circle perhaps.... I also attached an example of a round logo for our Detroit Style Deep Dish to give an idea of a round logo we liked and how the Guido Character was used. Perhaps putting the Guido character in the middle possibly....does not have to be the Guido characters full body...
