Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for the name "oleadx". We are a leadership and team performance company. The name has two significances: 1) oscillating leadership experience: leaders in the future need to be able to communicate their leadership style between top down and bottom up other style 2) o = soft letter in alphabet; x = hard letter in alphabet -> leadership between o (soft) and x (hard) and need to oscillate between those two dimensions. Design needs to be modern, fresh and should speak to business executives (so not too playful). However, it should be a bit of a disruptive element to it as well.
