Logo Design Brief

Simple Two Color.

The business is a Holding company that has several business underneath the umbrella. We are in the real estate investment business, the property tax appeals business and real estate brokerage business.

It is currently operating under Smith & Douglas, Inc, and we are interested in possibly rebranding to SmithDouglas (dropping the &).

We would like to see some options for no "&" and some with the "&", if possible.

Colors we like are Blue and Silver…Possibly first word thicker font and the second word thinner (as an idea). Clean and polished look is what we are after that could serve as the umbrella logo.
